My weight has fluctuated in my life more than Jonah Hill's has going from role to role, although I've been pretty heavier set the last few years. The first pic is from April of '25 and I managed to lower down to about 190 by October of last year, but gained most of that weight back over the holidays and started this year at 205.

Now that I'm really seeing the fruits of my labor, I've gotten more motivation than ever to keep on going to meet my goal weight of 170 (possibly lower) and to begin building muscle mass.

I've done a strict caloric deficit (hovering around 2000cal daily) with ~18k steps a day during the week.

On top of that, I'm doing resistance training 5 days a week (Chest, Legs, Back/Bi's, Shoulders, Arms) split.

Lean chicken, long grain rice, Lara bars, Greek yogurt, and Halo Top (dear god) have helped me get to where I am today. Feeling better than ever!
