I'm currently working in a legacy insurance and banking domain company in noida at 6 lpa since 6 months and now I have been selected in tcs digital 7 lpa. The working environment in my current company is very strict like manager is always looking and checking, micro managing things. Very few leaves and alternate Saturday is working and the timings are 10 am to 7 pm with only 15 minutes breaks in between. I am working on an insurance project and fully exposed to it writing sql queries and .net c# code but the technology used in the projects is very old like they are using MVC and .net 5 or 6 currently.net 10 is the latest. So I'm confused should I join tcs digital or not? (Current company is 1 hour away from my home so I am living at my home and managing daily up down).
