A friend of mine told me that PSA can refuse to grade cards and just slab them ‘authentic’ if they’re too roughed up. I was wondering if this would be a contender for psa authentic or psa 1?

I’m trading my friend kanto for sinnoh + extra but I wanna keep the better 3 for potential grading/just my PC binder which 3 do you recommend?
