Hi guys, I used to have very severe (40-50 big cysts on my face at any given time) during my high school years. I went on Accutane and cleared it but now have been left with pretty severe scarring.

I’m 22M, did 3 rounds of cannula subcision (each 3 months apart) at a top NYC derm and has been 6 months since 3rd one.

I noticed just a marginal improvement in overall skin texture but the individual box scar and ice pick scars are still pretty bad.

Need some help on what I should do next. Thinking about lasers but not sure.

Also any recs for the best acne scars derms to go to to treat my boxcar and ice pick scars would be great. I’m in the NYC area and I don’t mind spending extra to get the best of the best.

Also I have some raised acne scars on my nose. Any ideas on how to get that treated and which derms can treat that? I heard it needs to get shaved off because they could be sebaceous filaments.

I’ve attached some images but I swear I feel like irl the scars in mirrors and downward lighting look way worse than these photos which seem to not be the highest quality.
