Hi everyone, thanks for reading. I’m looking for some genuine help.

I’ve been the "big guy" since I was a kid. I’m fully aware that I’m overweight; I’m not offended by the word, but I am tired of living this way. My diet has always been inconsistent, but I’ve finally decided to change for the sake of my health and, honestly, my appearance—which is my biggest motivator right now.

The problem is that I have a massive case of "information overload." Between high reps vs. low reps, rest times, which splits to follow, and endless conflicting advice, my head is spinning.

I would deeply appreciate it if someone could provide a comprehensive plan. I need to know exactly how many calories I should be eating, the most effective way to lose fat quickly while building muscle, and a real-world workout routine that actually works—not just another generic "tutorial."

I understand that this level of detail takes time and expertise, so I am more than willing to pay for a professional plan.
