So I am currently looking for my first car, but I have 2 totally different cars which work with my budget. Some details below:

Seat Ibiza 1.4, 2006, 159.800 km. €3000 ($3520 USD)

- New timing belt and brake oil included for €200 extra (total of €3200 ($3750 USD))

- Runs smoothly

- Aftermarket rear lights (fully functional)

- Good service history

- Insurance for €113 each month

Ford Fiesta 1.25, 2015, 125.000 km. €5350 ($6275 USD)

- Good service history

- Runs smoothly

- No new service included

- Insurance for €79 each month

So both cars work great right now and their size is just fine. I like both cars but it's hard to make a choice. A new timing belt and new brake oil for only €200 euro's extra is very cheap and makes the Seat feel a little safer to drive the upcoming time. But the Fiesta is much more recent. It is 9 years younger. And so, might last a little longer.

While I save some money buying the car itself with the Seat, the Fiesta costs me less for insurance.

What is your advice? I have a good feeling for both cars but just don't know what to choose.

If there's other details you want to know about the cars, let me know. I'm happy to provide you with some relevant information.
