I’ve been producing music for ~2 years with beginner experience and recently switched from GarageBand to REAPER. I‘m wondering if anyone has any recommendations on plug-in samplers that are free or relatively cheap and also are decently powerful. If anyone has recommendations for sample libraries that they use that are also free or cheap. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

If it helps I use a MacBook Air and an Akai MPK mini plus.
