Hi everyone! I'm totally new to 3D printing but was thinking of getting a 3D printer for product prototypes and small goods around the house.

My friend's sibling wants to pawn off their 3D printers to me for free, but I was wondering whether they would even be worth taking. The printers are:

  1. Creatily Ender-4 (I think; refer to image)
  2. FlashForge Finder (no image unfortunately).

One of these also needs a little fix but I haven't been told what needs fixing.

I also did some research on Reddit and it seems like a lot of 3D printers are apparently not beginner friendly or functional (i.e. tinkering becomes the hobby instead of the printing)? I just want a 3D printer that actually prints my designs to be honest lol.

Should I take the printers?

Thanks!

PS. I heard the Bambu Lab A1 "just works" so that's one I would consider ($429AUD on their website!

So I recently reordered my technical indicators for better visualisation and tried to save it as a template. CommSec says the template is saved but it's not showing up when I try to load a template.

Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a workaround?

Thanks!
