So it happened. I’m on the highest dose of escitalopram (20 mg). For the past three months, I’ve been taking two 10 mg pills because the pharmacy didn’t have 20 mg tablets at the time, so they told me to take two.

I recently got a new prescription, and this time they had 20 mg tablets, so I switched to taking one pill a day.

Unfortunately, out of habit, I automatically took two 20 mg pills this morning.

What should I do now? Should I try to make myself throw up? Should I see a doctor? What can I expect today?
