My name is Paulo and I have a 3 year old son that I want to continue having a relationship with.

My partner that I married is not allowing me to have a relationship with my son unless it's supervised and controlled by her.

I've tried to ask for updates and she replied back with wanting to deal with it through lawyers.

I don't have money for that, I work and I have to pay child support and my own bills.

She doesn't work and gets government assistance, including assistance with legal.

This is an uphill battle for me. I just want my son to have both parents in his life.
