My first premium square! GW-5000HS-1ER just arrived, perfect fit on a 6.5" wrist.
Just got my hands on the GW-5000HS-1ER and I'm absolutely blown away. I have a 6.5 inch (16.5 cm) wrist, and the way this premium urethane strap drapes around it is just perfect.
The unboxing experience was great: the watch was in deep sleep mode and woke up showing Tokyo time (TYO), meaning it hasn't seen the light of day since it left the Yamagata factory! Checking the batch code on the beautiful DLC screw-back (201E262E), it looks like a super fresh September 2025 batch.
I was debating between this and the 5610U, but the extra weight of the steel core and the softness of the strap make it worth every penny. Ready to use it as my daily driver alongside my Casio Lineage! 😄
