current username was made when I was 14/15 so as you can imagine it's cringy

The 12 character limit keeps catching me up. I change my steam username 24/7 but all my ideas are really long and can't be translated to xbox lmao

I see some posts where people say once you're not fasting you gain it all right back.

Im super new to all of this and the longest I've done so far is 30 hours I started at trying a 16, then an 18, then a 23 with OMAD breaks between but I've been preparing to try longer ones partially to see how I'll feel, partially to prove I can but my main goal has been weight loss.

My BMI is currently in the 40-41 area, I've always been a bit of a sporadic eater anyways and honestly I only broke the 30 hour fast because ive been trying to see how my body handles certain limits working up slowly to try and be safe about it all but I had at that point pretty much stopped feeling hungry so I think I can definitely handle longer, even went through 2 work shifts just fine.

I've been seeing a doctor about my weight management & have an upcoming appointment with a dietician also. I feel like I've been down a rabbit hole on fitness and food and electrolytes for weeks now but I just want to know how are you avoiding the yoyo effect? How far do you have to go before you don't have to be worried about every carb you eat adding 10 pounds back on?

I want to bind but I genuinely don't even know where to start. Years ago I got a binder from gc2b but ended up giving it away quickly because it didn't fit right. At that time I was probably in a D or DD iirc

My problem is I'm currently a 38H. Im not in a position to do surgery right now but my chest is my biggest issue dysphoria wise and I desperately need to find a solution here. Any advice??
