how to format a resume to look nice for humans while making it readable for AIs?
I like using an image editor for my resumes so i can direct the eyes very well, make custom formatting, etc... I then convert it to a PDF so it's submittable everywhere, but this means the text isn't truly text, it's an image, which i think is overall worse for resume reading AI optimization.
is there a way i can have both? i kind of really hate every PDF editor i've used. they're clunky and feel pretty limited for making something that doesn't look like a forgettable wall of text
