Does anyone has changed himself the silent bloc located close to the swinging arm on the telelever arm ? Mine is worn off, I have a new one but the BMW rsd software doesn't say anything about it. Is there something I should know before getting to it ?

Tout est dans le titre : je cherche un psy (preference Paris rive gauche). Pour la faire courte : j'ai besoin de parler et d'en apprendre sur moi. C'est la première fois de ma vie que je fais cette démarche du coup si vous avez des bonnes reco' je suis preneur !
