My fiancée and I are looking for 2 bed rental houses around Midtown to move in, ideally late June but willing to move earlier if the house fits. Areas we liked are around Vollatine-Evergreen, Cooper-Young, or Chickasaw Gardens but would be open to other areas if folks have suggestions for walkable areas! Ideally we're looking around 1600/month, although that is flexible.

We've been looking on all the classic websites, but figured I would try my luck here too since it seems like a lot of the good places are exchanged locally and because a lot of houses for June openings are not on the websites yet. We do have a small dog that is potty trained and friendly, so it should be pet-friendly (also why we value walkability so much)
