Same as title.

Recently I started taking Atemoxetine again. Within half an hour, I am feeling really sleepy, tired and on top of that, insanely aroused (🫥). Is this a common side effect? Sometimes no matter how much I eat, the tiredness and hunger won't go away at all. The desired effects are still not showing up and I think I'll have to ask my doctor to increase the dosage as it worked last time. But all these side effects that I listed is always present no matter what the dosage is.

P.S : I'm also taking Fluoxetine along with Atmx.
