My local PBT last week had a gold lay down bed with 6 out 36 bulbs out. I inquired after my tan and they knew and said bulbs were ordered to be replaced. Since that knowingly put me in that bed, and without informing me, I was put off and asked for a complimentary, one-time, upgrade to platinum bed. They seemed annoyed but did so without expressing anything towards me.

Today, I was in a standup gold booth and 10 out of 52 bulbs were out. I once again informed and received the same answer. This time I didn’t ask for a complimentary upgrade because I wondered if I’m being too picky or misinformed.

Could anyone help with a sanity check on how many bulbs out are too many?
