Please help me, lately people have been targeting me and downvoting all my posts and comments. I really need advice.

I once walked into a shift at a retail store, did the two-hour orientation, and realized by the first break that the management style was… let’s just say "not for me." I handed my badge back before lunch.

I’ve always wondered if other people have had that "instant realization" moment where you just knew you couldn't stay another day.
