2023 ct4 v blacking. 22k miles. Still under warranty. I’ve tried to take it in to the Cadillac dealership multiple times and keep getting told that there’s no code and they can’t do anything. The message isn’t consistent so by the time my appointment comes up the messages isn’t there anymore. But after showing them the picture, they still saying there’s nothing they can do. I was told that if they can’t send a part in, that they don’t get paid. I interpreted that as if the part isn’t fully broken, they won’t fix it under the warranty? Is this serious? What should I do?

Yes I absolutely love my car but I try not to be “that guy”. I get some people just don’t care and don’t want to hear me talk about my vehicle and how much I love it and I respect that. I’m new to Reddit and when I found this group I figured if I can tell anyone, it’s this community on Reddit.
