I have been on an EV tariff since November, switched to IOG in January with no issues.
mid-March I stopped being able to see my electricity usage in £, which is obviously irritating because this feature is useful.
I contacted OE customer service and they are insisting that it has never been a feature for smart tariffs, but I had it for 5 months?
Has anyone else had this issue?
