I applied for a PLDT Fiber Prepaid. After paying the installation of 999, on the same day the technicians came to check. They told me they can't install because the newly installed napbox is still not activated (already installed for 2 weeks they said). They also told me that some people has also applied in my area and also waiting for the napbox to be activated, and asked me if I'm willing to wait and make my application to pending until the napbox is activated.

Is there anyway to make the activation of the napbox faster? who can I contact about this concern? should I just go straight to PLDT Physical Branch?
