Specialty refrigerated medication was delivered to CVS store--how long to pick up?

I know this was stupid, but I'm freaking out a bit. I thought I had my medication delivered to my house as usual (4 syringes), but I must have selected to send it to CVS instead. It arrived Wednesday and I got 0 notifications, no calls, no emails, nothing. It had completely slipped my mind.

It's now the day I take the medication that I finally noticed it. Am I totally screwed? The online portal says to pick it up same-day, but there's no other information there. I'm going to go to the store in the morning, but I want to know if there's any damage control I need to do. Thank you

I'm looking for a headset mainly for gaming and conference calls (mic just needs to not be actively bad). I'd like it to have 2.4GHz wireless to avoid any latency; I'm very sensitive to Bluetooth lag (though I'd like to still have the option). I also for some reason get a weird feeling wearing headsets with strong passive noise cancelling; I don't know why, but I just really am not a huge fan. I'm willing to put up with it if I need to, but would really prefer not to.

Headsets I'm currently looking at:

  • Fractal Scape - My main concern with these is comfort and build quality
  • HyperX Cloud III S - I see people hyping these up, but the II S I've tried did have pretty strong passive noise cancellation
  • Skullcandy Crusher PLYR 720 - Really nice set of features, but mic seems really bad and lots of build quality complaints
  • Turtle Beach Atlas Air - Company doesn't seem to have a great reputation for software/hardware, and these especially seem to have issues. Don't seem to have a real reputation for good sound
  • Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3 - Same here (but not as bad), and also passive noise cancellation seems to be an issue. Don't seem to have a real reputation for good sound

Does anyone have experience with any of these? What do you like or not like about them? Any thoughts on their passive noise cancelling? Anything with connectivity or controls that is particularly convenient/useful (I am lazy)? Any headsets I've missed?

For a little extra information...I wear glasses, in case that's relevant for comfort. I mainly play Switch, PS4, and PC. I like some bass and "depth" to the sound, but don't like when my bones shake. I largely play story-based single-player games and occasionally play Warframe or Deadlock with friends, but not competitive or anything.

I haven't had a pair of real headphones (Skullcandy) since high school, so I'm reluctant to spend more than $250 on something I don't even know if I'll use much. My earbuds I only really wear when strictly necessary, and play things out loud otherwise. Hoping low passive noise cancelling will help with this.

Oh, and the mic needs to be built in because I'm trying to get these tech reimbursed. I would probably do separate mic + headphones otherwise.

I just bought a Ikea Trotten manual standing desk frame as it was on sale, and I honestly liked the idea of manually cranking it up and down. However, I am completely lost on finding a good desk top, as the weight limit is 110lbs.

The original top for this desk frame was 27lb (particle board, 3/4") and 47"x27". I'd like to stay in that range, so 48"x27" to 52"x28", 3/4"-1", and ideally no heavier than 35 lbs.

My main options seem to be particle board, MDF, or bamboo (maybe rubber wood??), but I've been largely dissatisfied with the options available, because I am learning I'm very picky. I prefer medium or light toned wood, with a very visible grain or multiple colored sections. I don't really care if it's laminate, veneer, or solid wood, but I'd like for there to be some beveling/curve so it looks less blocky if at all possible...of not that, then the edge would ideally have an interesting grain (like bamboo plywood often does).

If anyone has a DIY idea a complete amateur could do, or a custom crafter online to order from, I'm also down for that. My budget is probably maximum $300, ideally closer to $150-200.

Thank you!
