Is this a good city plan?
Did i do the best cities plan? How could I improve it? Did I calculate the bonuses right? I only played two games on this civ and I'm trying to learn, the highest difficulty I ever won was prince. I'm playing with germany, king difficulty, no game modes and on gathering storm expansion.
