Immediately he uses spray paint on a brick wall. Sprayed on the wall is the phrase “El Barto” with a crude image of his own head with a stealth band over his eyes. The kind you see on ninjas.

The Weegee group that’s following Bart around hasn’t even bothered to infect him with the Weegee virus. It seems like they lost a lot of their powers for some reason, making them normal clones with equal strength of Bart.

All of them get their own spray paint: saturated green and purple spray. Using limited colors, all of them put spaghetti graffiti and propaganda, but with Bart’s theme in them.
