Hey All,

I recently decided to modify my outdoor oven (propane gas oven). Trying to achieve higher temps to get more authentic Neopolitan pizza. I need advice on gas burner assembly's, gas valve and regulator.

Extra info: I have Summerset's The Oven. Listed as 16000BTU, trying to increase it to 45-50 with more rising flames. Also thinking moving the burner to one side so I can have high rising flames coming from single side like wood burning oven.

Which subreddit(s) would be the best bet(s) ?
