hello, I’m a union nurse in Minnesota at one of the larger hospitals in the midwest. there’s a lot of uncertainties about what to expect with the acquisition, but I was curious if someone has a rough idea how the contract raises will go based on experience with Sutter health? my hospital in particular is just finishing up a huge remodel of the hospital. In our contract, there’s language to protect us from merger, so I don’t think a dissolution of the union is on the table, but any insight would be helpful. Thank you.
