too muscular?

222Lb
36 in waist

I’ve been the stalky fat kid growing up until about 9th grade (2010). I was introduced to the gym and man I took off running with it! My only downfall is burning fat. I intake about 2800 calories, and have a pretty active life. I rarely eat out, only chipotle. I just snack! Luckily I channel my sweet tooth to fruit, but I eat a lot of fruit. I stopped drinking 7 months ago, and I see the results. But I feel I stalled on the fat burning process.

I’m a fire fighter, and I have the cardio/ability to do alot of our job requirements with only moderate fatigue (it gets pretty exhausting). But more recently I found myself injured from weights, and I switched to body weight to maintain what I already have. I typically do a murph (100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, 2 mile run) 2x a week, and the other two days are zone 2 cardio.

One of my friends made a comment the other day lol, and it led me to almost solidify never touching weights again, and attempting to drop down to under 200 pounds. Btw we have a joke in my FD that every fire fighter should be 200+ and I subscribed to it.

Any way, what’s your thoughts?

P.s the muscles seem to impress dudes more than gals, and I hate that lol. Shoutout my short kings/queens.

Edit: I’m not having trouble with women by any means. This is merely about muscle. And I only mentioned it impresses guys more than gals. I don’t workout for anyone other than to feel good.
