Hello I’m looking into getting my first bolt action rifle specifically for European driven boar. I was thinking of getting a 308 but I’m worried that a Europe wide lead ban for hunting will be coming in the near future. Are copper bullets as bad as some people make them out to be from what I’ve read some people claim they lack the penetration power of a lead bullet and some people claim they work just about the same. What do y’all think about lead free bullets would I be better off getting a 30-06?
