Has anyone felt like their imagination became more vivid or m drifted back to how it was as a kid/pre trauma during EMDR?

I heard it can help processing because it reduces anxiety but also hurt processing? Because it dulls emotional intensity..

OK, so I’ve been seeing these pants online and I know that they’ve had a lot of mockery in the comments, but I got a pair and ladies they’re so good. If you don’t know what they are they’re basically pants with a zipper at the bottom so women who like to hike or do whatever don’t have to show their ass to the world when they need a bathroom break.. this is obviously designed by a woman because my God pockets the material the functional zipper. It’s all so good. I’m like why isn’t this standard? I don’t know Im to celebrating. They look good too, which is a plus. Idk I feel sexy in these that’s all carry on.
