So it’s been roughly a month of doing Lyft, I do decent on weekends. 4-5 hours I make like $150 if I accept every ride, but the gas prices are making me cringe lately. While I still make profit I also notice an uptick in my mileage which I know costs me in the long run. I normally drive between 10am-3pm. I hate rush hour in my town, too much traffic, small roads. Ain’t worth 45 mins for a Lyft for $10. But I’m curious bc I don’t do night shift at all. The bar scene is intense in my city, I’ve seen TikTok’s and stories about people pukin, being violent also nowhere to pull over in my city. So am I good doing 3 shifts Friday Saturday and Sunday? I’m ok with those numbers but I do wonder if I can do better at different times.
