Recently i found out my mom had used ssn info just as turned 18 without my consent

For what's gonna be 9-8 ago back when sprint was a thing, my mom used my information to start an account with sprint which is now absorbed by t-mobile so, fast forward to present time i get an email saying I owe $1,670.42 

Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC and im not sure now how to dispute this or go about it any help is appreciated
