Sometimes you just wanna feel cool

NSFW for being kinda gross. So last Monday I started getting a weird pressure by my bottom left wisdom tooth. Come Tuesday, it was pretty swollen and looked like pericoronitis. I didn’t measure it, but it felt like I was running a small fever for a night and the pain was pretty bad. On Wednesday, the swelling by the wisdom tooth went down a little but then the big swelling in pic 1 showed up. That ended up popping and what came out is in pic 2. Since last friday, all the swelling is gone and I feel fine now. Does anyone know what this actually was? All I can guess is pericoronitis but from what I’ve seen, it typically doesn’t do this, though I could be wrong
