How would you fix the puckering in the back?
This is a lovely smocked midi dress but it keeps puckering in the back and front, riding up slightly over time. It has two side seams with a bat wing sleeve shape.
Some of the puckering might be due to my body shape but is there anything I could do to get rid of the puckering?
