Looking for a book focused on a sibling bond: "Joey Lynch" brother & "Lizzie Lynch" sister

I’m dying to read a story that focuses heavily on a sibling relationship. I want a brother who acts like Joey Lynch ( protective, self-sacrificing, intuitive, parental figure) but the sister shouldn't be like Shannon in the book. I want her to be more like Lizzie Lynch/Lana Myers. Someone strong, sharp, and maybe a bit chaotic/unhinged.

I want them to have an incredibly tight, unbreakable bond where they both save and support each other. Is that too much to ask?

Ideally, they are either:

  1. Navigating a toxic/abusive family dynamic together.
  2. Teaming up to avenge the death of their family.

Does anyone have recommendations that fit this vibe? I don’t even mind if it’s too not much focused on fantasy, i would take anything at this point 😭

i know there’s a recurring joke about the male POVs being the only time people ”care about a man’s opinion” but i genuinely find them so boring. especially in dark romance?? the brooding dark man inner monologue is always so cringe and im actually skipping pages bc i need to go back to the female pov as soon as possible

does anyone else feel this way? or am i alone on this ?
