I keep having this loud buzzing in my right ear whenever I take a nap. It’s almost like someone taking a drill to my ear. Even though it’s somewhat painful, it’s hard to wake up from it. It doesn’t go away until I start moving. I have tinnitus that I can barely notice unless it’s really quiet or I cover my ears, if that matters. Does anyone know what this is?
