How mandatory are letters of motivation/cover letters for masters? I can't find where to upload it
I find that most application portals do not ask for CV and that is it? I have been looking at some of the public universities (Humboldt, FUB, Bremen etc.) and they all do not have a specific section to upload your letter. Is this normal? or will I be asked for a letter on a continuing section in the process?
