I've seen these used BBS reps for a really nice price locally and I dont know who the manufacturer is? Does anyone recognize this and is it even worth getting?

Hi, I ran over a nasty pothole earlier this week and since then one of my front bearings have been making a low humming sound when I reach 30km or faster. My local mechanic quoted around $720 to replace the whole hub assembly. Is this a reasonable price?
