My fursona has a clay face, was just wondering how i could go about this? Could a clay mask and fur hood (balaclava? my fursona doesn't have ears so that's not a problem!!)work in a similar manner like in clay face plushies (fur back of head, clay face)?

I'm not too concerned about breathability to be honest but if anyone can give advice on that it would be great too. My fursona does have eye holes in the clay mask part, so i will be able to see out of it !! Thank u for all advice in advance (๑¯ω¯๑)
