What 3 or 4 DLC's would you buy if you were still learning?

I don't have any DLC, I'll wait for them to be on sale, but I'm loving this game and I'd like to add some new things. I want to start little by little, because I still don't know what everything does, so I want to learn what I got and then add new things.

For now I'm playing "easier" states. I'm on my second run as Castille. I'd like to try better colonization, maybe focusing on Europe or whatever fits in the game.

I know there are a lot of DLCs but I'm open to try new strategies and things. I've seen in some tutorials some things that I don't have, like drilling, and that you can upgrade trade centers or something like that.

For someone that still doesn't know how to play good, what would you buy? If anything?

Should I get Salento after winning war?

It's my first "real" game after playing tutorial and seen some videos so I don't really get all the things in this game. You are probably going to see some awfull things in my pics.

The papal state invited me to a war against Naples, we won. Should I get Salento? or are there better things to ask after winning? My fear is to have my troops all over the world, as I'm currently conquering the Americas too and not being able to get them where I need them as fast as possible. There are some trade nodes or things in Salento (I still don't get exactly how those work but it might be good to have that province because of that.)

Also, I don't get why sometimes when I conquer something I use to core everything and make it a state, but somhow part of the Americas became a Colony, and I don't know why is that.

If u have any other advices for my probably awfull game I would apreciate it. I'm loving this game and I'd like to learn.
