I currently work in a school as a district behaviorist. My hours are 8:30-3:30. After this, I have 4 clients that I see in home from 4-6/7. During these times I also provide parent training and BST for my BTs. But, the 11 hour work days, 4x/week are taking a toll on me.

That being said, I am also in the process of moving and focusing more time on my family. My one client would be over an hour away from me there and back. I have thought about doing a hybrid model with him but the BT needs a lot of training and he’s simply not a client that telehealth could be done with. So my question is, is this a valid reason to transition services? I would make sure that I have ample time to my agency so that there is not a disruption of services. I was thinking end of August before the school year began again. I know per the ethical code section 3.16 it says there is a service agreement that states the circumstances for this, but I am not sure where to find that. I just want to do best by my client but also need some time for myself and family.

I just saw a dog light brown small and fluffy on the driveway next to the Cloverdale apartments in saddle Brook on n midland Ave. it was limping so I’m not sure if it was the same dog that was in the missing dog post last night but I called it in bc I was driving. Just giving a heads up!

Hi all! My boyfriend and I are looking to move in together and could really use some suggestions.

We love a walkable town with restaurants, bars, coffee shops…basically a cute downtown vibe (we’re from the Morristown area so something like that). I’ll be working in Bergen County, so ideally within ~20–30 minutes of Mahwah.

We’re looking for a 2BR with amenities and our max budget is around $4,800/month. I’ve been looking at places like Ridgewood, but right now there’s no availability.

Are there any other towns in Bergen County (or nearby) that have a similar feel? Walkable, things to do, good restaurants, etc.? Even if it’s a smaller downtown within a short drive, that works too! Thanks!
