Tired of the taste?

Am I the only one who, like, when I try not to eat something, there's always that one food I think about, like ice cream or a smoothie, and after a while I try to stop eating it and start eating it every other day until I don't want to eat it anymore and then move on to another food?

Recently, my family and “friends” found out that I wasn't eating, and damn, I don't really know what to do. They're always forcing me to eat and giving me stupid “diagnoses” like depression (I know it's possible, but they only say that because I looked like shit after eating) or stuff like that, and damn, they went and told my school’s psychologist, and even she didn’t think of anorexia. And one of the staff members who comes to force me to eat—thanks to my “friends”—said, “You don’t want to be a headache for your parents, do you?” Damn, I just don’t know what to do, and I’d like to hear about your experiences
