I have a 401k in fidelity that I just have never done anything with. Seems like I should attempt to do better.

COMPANY MATCH 54.15%
PRE-TAX 40.18%
ROTH 4.66%
Seems very heavy in AMZN stock.
- Should I move it to current 401k with Merrill
- Should I just move the one 401k account into two IRA accounts, one Traditional and one Roth?
I had thought about doing option 2, and if/when I can no longer do ROTH contributions due to income, (I have a TRAD and ROTH IRA at Edward Jones) I can start doing backdoor conversions, but since i have the Trad IRA with Ed Jones, I would need to roll that over to Merrill or face hefty pro-rata tax (I think).
AI says I might be able to sell the AMZN inside the Fidelity account now (if the plan allows) and buy more of the Target Date fund.
Not sure if thats an option, but can look into it.
Current Work account is a Merrill Traditional 401k plan.
Thoughts?
