Unable to fund my new account 10 days now
I did read the rules I don't believe I am breaking any by posting this. I am near giving up on WeBull and I dont really want to yet.
I opened a new account 12 days ago and started to attempt to fund it 10 days ago. I've run into roadblocks it seems everywhere.
I tried debit funding and my card was rejected by WB card processor. Reasons unkown. I tried ACH and that did not work either I do not know whether it's on the bank side or WB side. It just dead ended after I logged into my bank through WB account link.
I thought it might be an address matching problem between my new address and old which my bank account did have the old address so I suggested that.
That all has been corrected the address with my bank even though I never knew if that was the problem to begin with. Support has not given me any answers and so I am posting here each step seems to take a day or two and I'm just near giving up.
What really bugs me is in all these 10 days they've never told me why my accounts are being rejected. I've been through ID verification and all of that but I do not have a current bank statement with my new address because I just changed the address.
And I don't even know if that's the problem. I keep asking though. And I will ask here.
Is this coming and have other people experience such long delays with funding accounts.
