Additional workload - do I have to do it - England

Hi,
I am working in the hotel as an assistant chief engineer, Our hotel group now bought an additional property (private flats) and is expecting for my manager, me and our maintenance team to pick up all the maintenance issues and compliance works on top of our current workload without any additional compensation within the same working hours. There is a mention on my contract that if required they might shift me to any other different properties that they own, but to take care of both properties at the same time, I think it’s not fair and not sure if legally ok. I don’t think they’ll give any additional pay rise, so is there a way to politely decline this opportunity and just carry on with my normal duties as they were (at this point it’s already extremely busy for us and don’t need an additional stress nor staying for free after hours just to catch up on things)? Don’t want this to be blown out of proportion and essentially to lose my job.

Hi, bought a car few years ago and paint cracked on the front of my bonnet some time after the purchase.
I’ve been using it like this for all this time and only recently had decided to repair it, as it looked like someone scratched the front bumper on the same side and right below where the crack is (with a Lime bike (judging by the colours))
Went to the bodywork shop and ask them to repair.
They priced it up and eventually I dropped the car off.
They said that they’re not sure what’s happened with my bonnet (definitely nothing that would indicate being involved in the road accident), but apparently there was a lot of car body filler applied previously, which they managed to remove and they’ve redone my bonnet (filled, sanded and sprayed)
That’s been done mid Feb and now I’ve noticed that there are already some cracks in the paint where I had it originally.

Don’t know anything about those kind of jobs, so I wanted to ask you for help before I will go back to them

I am assuming that maybe heat from the engine has played some role in it, but is that normal or their cock up?
Shouldn’t the filler be heat resistant? I can’t afford to pay extra somewhere else, especially not knowing if this will happen again and again

I know they will be very defensive and probably will try their best to refuse to repair again (especially free of charge)
What are my options?
