Trying to S-Rank Greased Palms on hard mode. This dude won't surrender even after 10+ flashbangs from me and my AI team. I had to put a bullet in his head to proceed with the rest of the mission, sacrificing my S-Rank.
This isn't even just one run, this exact enemy is responsible for 3 failed S-Ranks on hard mode. Is this a known bug in the game ?
