Quantum Contradictions (Chest):
- Lightning Nova grants you 70% increased movement speed for 6 seconds, while standing still. Moving, attacking or receiving damage will remove that effect.
Frigid Outskirts (Off-Hand):
- Ice Armor also grants you total CC immunity, while out of combat. If an enemy gets within 30 yards of you, this effect will be removed.
Hard Landing (Head):
- Using Teleport now damages you for 20% of your max HP. Upon landing you will be knocked up in the air and then stunned for 5 seconds. Teleport cooldown is increased to 42 seconds.
Far Reaching Delusions (Shoulders):
- Disintegrate range now changes dynamically, reaching up to 1 yard shorter than the distance to the targeted enemy.
Reverse Psychology (Legs):
- Frostfield now instantly freezes enemies for 4 seconds. If a frozen enemy receives any damage, they will be unfrozen and you will be frozen instead for 8 seconds.
Shocking Revelations (Main Hand):
- Electrocute now Shocks enemies how bad your class is.
Developer’s Note: After our minor tweaks to the Wizard class in the last few patches, players have let us know that they would like us to rebalance old skills and essences, or add new ones, to give back the class any viable movement speed, immunities, damage, etc. Well... "You think you do, but you don't".
