I've been stuck this morning trying to get in contact with Origin about the wrong gas meter being read and giving us the wrong bill.

At the start of the call they screen you first with an AI. This AI keeps asking for the pin they've sent to my number for 2FA. It is saying it's sent the pin to the number registered with my account but I haven't even given it any details yet to know what account it is dealing with so it can't have sent a pin yet.

It doesn't matter what I say it's only trying to get this pin out of me which I can't provide because it doesn't know what account it is dealing with.

I would just like to talk to a real person....
