Not really a reaper question, but I am trying do decide which macbook to purchase for using with reaper. I know that almost anything will run it, so my question is only regarding fan noise.

I want it to be really quiet.

Hence, I am considering the macbook air, which would be perfect, since it doesn't have any fan.

However, I also use davinci resolve and blender f ex, it would be nice to have a beefier cpu and GPU for exporting.

So there's the M5 with a single fan and the M5 pro with two fans, the latter I believe to be more quiet.

Anyone got experience using these for music production?
