Has anyone able to pull off advanced textures for the Pad 8? (Not the pro) Since the Pro model comes with advanced textures, and the base model from China rom also got it. Since Pad 8 chipset is literally powerful and able to run properly with advanced textures. Now, I just want to know if anyone ever got it to work with the Brevent method, I tried it already but for some reason it didn't work on mine.
I already have xiaomi smart pen gen 2 ( which came for xiaomi pad 6 ) and i now I wanna buy xiaomi pad 8... Will that pen work on the new pad 8 or shld i buy the focus pen pro..?
Does anyone know how to solve this? I want to stream my Xiaomi Pad screen while playing games, but my 120Hz screen refresh rate drops to 60Hz. Is there any way to fix this?

I’ve been trying to plug pad to external screen, it works except that the ratio is not the same. Tried second screen but doesn’t seem to work. Tried several ratios and resolution with ADB but weird stuff happening (vertical rather than horizontal display).
Would really like to use tablet with external display mouse and keyboard.

I bought this pad few days ago and everything was smooth but idk all of the sudden today when I was using the stylus it kept disconnecting and a message comes saying 'attach the stylus here' and then my stylus stops writting or looses it's ability to touch the screen but when I tried using gesture it was registering that
First when I was using it horizontally it was ok but when I switched to vertical the message comes and stylus stops functioning like I said
P.S: when I was writting this the message came again but my stylus was attached to the pad

It is just me or anyone else also think that this pad just have basic customization. I bought assuming there will be themes app as its included on all Xioami phones. To my surprise it doesn't and now i am stuck with boring icons and fonts. I changed the font with Z font 3 but it gets reverted after some time.
There are some apps that helped me add some cool widgets on homescreen as the stock widget are very basic and doesn't look good. However, the stock icon and font ruins the look.
Is there any other way to change the icons and the font??
is there a way to use Reddit horizontally cuz even i have screen orientation Locked on horizontal the reddit just opens in vertical mode which is dead ass annoying

I'm considering upgrading to Xiaomi Pad 8 from Poco Pad 5G.
I usually use my Poco with the following:
-Office work (Word PowerPoint Sheets) using WPS and Google Docs
-Writing Emails
-Watching Anime and Movies
I used to travel around also because of the nature of my work, one of the reasons I like the Poco Pad 5G. I just bought Poco Pad 5G almost a year ago, so it still feels brand new to me.
Should I upgrade already to Xiaomi Pad 8?
