In round 1:

I'll get ECE in DTU , NSUT easily

In IIITD I am getting Ece , Csb , Csss

By round 5 :

DTU - MnC ( slim chances )

NSUT - MAC ( very slim chances )

IIITD - CSD , CSEcon

I have a genuine interest in coding , what should I choose and what should I avoid , I don't really mind hectic courses of CSD ( IIIT D ) as I like drawing .

Some said avoid ECE tough hai , some said avoid IIITD all together .. Mixed opinions de rhe sab kuch khas samajh nhi aarha

how easy or hard is it gonna be to upgrade branch in iiitd? Getting ece in iiitd or nsut based upon jee ranks honestly speaking have interest in coding more because used to code back in 9th 10th grade and all ece feels kinda new stuff going around so it possible to get ece in iiitd and then upgrade to cse or other possible branches?

How is the gender ratio and how is the dating scene for males just tell

So I am getting MNC ECE AND FURTHER BRANCHES IN DTU AND NSUT AND GETTING CS (IOT)&(BIG DATA ANALYTICS) IN NSUT EAST CAMPUS

AND IN IIIT i AM GETTING CSSS, CSB, CS+ECO AND ECE

so according what could be the best option for me placement wise idc for college life and all , i just need a good package after 4 years

If I get evdt at iiitd I will choose it but for secondary option I'm thinking nsut east ciot , nsut ee And nsut evdt(if possible)

Same as above. I'm currently enrolled in cse and since its that time of the year again I would love to give you guys honest advice.

You may find most of the people crying on this subreddit about the academic load but trust me it aint that hard.

It sure is if you're gonna pile up all the work but this college is pretty decent regarding the academic load. Pretty much like a school where you have projects, quizzes etc.

Sure this college isnt as chill as dtu or nsut but that is exactly why you get some perks that these universities do not provide.

I am a jee 26 aspirant and i have a few queries regarding iiit d,so here they are:-

1). just like many people say,is it worth to attend the lectures or just study by own,either self or online

2).how many students in class actually focus on the professor's teaching,i mean i want to ask do people some other stuff during the class,like studying by their own,doing coding and other things?,and if possible please tell what is the attendance criteria in real,not the paper.

3).INTERNSHIPS-is it true that people with connections or referrals will only get internships?if not how hard is it to get as tech branch student

4).coding culture- this might not be a right question to ask as it is one of the top colleges after iits,but still,hows the coding culture in there,do people actually prepare and qualify for icpc,Gsoc,and various prestigious events?

5).higher studies-this is a topic which i couldnt find much data on,do students from iiit d opt to study furter abroad,and if yes,do professors give lors and referrals to top universities in the world

same as title, i do want to have some free time to do extracurriculars and want a decent cgpa so yea. (or should i prefer dtu?)

Should i prefer iiit delhi over these two colleges? Do MAANG companies hire from iiit delhi? Very confused between these three colleges kindly give me more insights
what is the general placement scenario? people from dtu and nsut end up even in finance/consulting roles in goldman sachs, jp morgan etc. are all these career options open for iiitd graduates?

Do companies reject on basis of ranks?

I have 8-10k in mains and 6k in advanced, can I get rejected because of that?

I live in Najafgarh...By metro, it takes around 90 to 120 minutes to reach Harkesh Nagar metro station...Will i get hostel??? I can't waste around 3-4 hours daily in travel😭😭

So I am getting Nit K eee,Nit W eee,Mnnit A ece, Nit C ece, IIIT A ece, IIIT D ece, DTU ece,NSUT ece. Can anyone please give me an idea which option is the best from their experience in particular for Core Electronics Domain (like embedded,Vlsi etc) in terms of opportunities not for IT and software oriented only. Like how is NIT K and W EEE for electronics core domain or ece at a bit lower nit like allahabad or calicut would be better? I am also getting NIT rourkela electronics and instrumentation(EIE). How is that and should I consider it over above options for ece core.(I have heard it's good in rourkela for core ece aswell).

And if anyone knows more about ece core opportunities can they please help me and confirm if I am right in below given things.

Things I have heard by exploring- 1) IIITD ece is better than IIIT A ece in terms of ece core opportunities.

2. DTU,NSUT are not that good for core ece opportunities in comparison to nits and iiits

3. NIT calicut is better than MNNIT allahabad for ece core opportunities.
